The Feverfew brand was created with a love for nature, growing and community at its core.

Our dream is for Feverfew to bloom into a community hub for women who care about regeneration and working with nature - a place where we can share ideas as well as support and inspire each other.

Feeling the earth beneath your fingertips; coaxing a seedling into a bountiful plant; making mistakes, learning, and connecting with other humans who have earth beneath their fingertips too - the benefits of growing have an immeasurable impact on us as people, and it is our fundamental belief that everybody should be included.

We hope our products can serve our community by making your journey to self-sufficiency that little bit easier, providing you with protection and comfort along the way. But beyond the products we create we're committed to having a broader positive impact in 3 main areas:

Community

Uplifting the wider growing community is central to our mission, and as such, we’re committed to supporting UK community gardens and charities.

In November 2024, instead of a Black Friday promotion to drive sales, we asked our customers to nominate an inspiring community garden, grassroots gardening project or charity that we could donate to instead.

Durham’s The Humble Garden was chosen, a small allotment-based project which seeks to promote green therapy and remove the barriers between people and green spaces. Our box full of gardening gloves and financial donation meant The Humble Garden could continue their important work, just as we'll continue to support charities which provide a safe space for vulnerable or isolated people, bringing about positive change through gardening.

“Just when I was wondering how to proceed this year, along comes Rachel from Feverfew and solves my problems. This donation is going to make such a difference - thank you just doesn’t seem enough.” -

Environment

One of the best ways of ensuring our business has a positive impact on the environment is to design robust products which last year after year, season after season. Longevity is key; we reject modern throwaway culture. All of our parcels are sent out in 100% compostable packaging which can go straight into your at-home compost bin or recycled kerb-side.

Confidence & Wellbeing

There is no doubt about it - gardening is great for both physical and mental health. Tuning into the rhythms of nature and appreciating its complexity encourages us to consider our own selves in a different light; all things are circular and we are part of something much larger.

As such, we want women to grow. We want women to feel confident and comfortable in what they’re wearing so they can better enjoy the great bounty of nature. We want to create and uphold a community which supports itself, and we are dedicated to welcoming as many newbie growers into the Feverfew Gardening Club as possible. The more we can educate and encourage, the better. Joy is nurtured, and we the waterers.
