We are confident that you are going to love your items, but if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase or you need a different size, you can simply return them for free within 30 days.

Returns

To organise a return, please email our support team at
info@feverfewgarden.co.uk with your order number and the reason you would like to
return your gloves so that we can process your request.

Once your request has been confirmed, a prepaid shipping label will be
emailed to you. Simply stick the new label over the original shipping label and drop it at a local post office.

After your items are received and processed by our team, we will issue a full refund on the order. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that we can only offer free returns for UK orders.

Want to exchange an item?

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!
